Client stories

What families like yours told us after the work

Five fictional reviews, written for this mock portfolio.

We used to squeeze past each other to make dinner. Now the kids sit at the counter while we cook, and there is room for all of us.

Jess LewisKitchen renovation

I was scared the price would keep going up. We saw each cost before work began and chose where to spend and where to save.

Ben PatelBathroom renovation

The paint was peeling and the porch steps had gone soft. With the new roof and a lawn that is green again, we sit out front most evenings now.

Anna MillsExterior refresh

We both work, so we could not chase contractors all day. Having one person to call and a weekly update made it much easier.

Dan ReedKitchen and laundry room

I knew what I did not like, but not how to fix it. Seeing the room plan helped me choose a layout that felt right before we spent money on the work.

03

Fixed price

You choose each finish, from cabinets to tile, at one of three price levels. We send a line-by-line quote with a fixed total and a start date. Nothing starts until you sign it.

04

The work

One project lead runs the site and sends you a written update with photos every Friday. If something changes, you see the cost and the delay before you say yes.

05

Walk-through

We walk the room with you and write down anything that is not right. Every item on that list gets a date, and the last payment waits until it is done.

Your questions

Answers before you pick up the phone

Yes. The 20-minute call is free. If you want a floor plan after the home visit, the design fee is $450, and we deduct it from the project if you go ahead.

No. Take time to think it over or talk it through with your family. We only move ahead when you are ready.

Most of our kitchens land between $38,000 and $75,000, and most bathrooms between $16,000 and $35,000. The biggest swings come from moving plumbing and from the cabinets you choose.

Yes, almost always. For a kitchen we set up a temporary sink and counter in another room and seal the work area with plastic walls. For a bathroom, we plan around your other one.

Usually four to six weeks after you sign. If a wall comes down or plumbing moves, the City of Austin permit can add two to four weeks, and we file it for you.
